According to Article 4 of the “Standards Governing Eligibility of Securities for Margin Purchase and Short Sale” and Articles 22 and 23 of the “Operating Rules for Securities Firms Handling Margin Purchases and Short Sales of Securities”, the Taiwan Stock Exchange has conducted a review of net value per share based on the 2022 Q2 financial reports filed by financial and insurance listed companies. The eligible changes for margin trading are shown as below.
1.List of securities that will be suspended for margin purchases and short sales because its net value per share is lower than par value per share: Mercuries Life Insurance Co., Ltd.(code: 2867).
2.List of securities that will be resumed for margin purchases and short sales because its net value per share reaches par value per share: N/A
The above changes will be effective from September 8, 2022. |
