- Reference Price after Split/Reverse Split = Closing Price on the Last Trading Day ÷ Ratio of Split/Reverse Split
Remark:
- Opening Reference Price is the Reference Price after Split/Reverse Split which is adjusted by the tick size. Please refer to the principles of Article 62 of the TWSE Operating Rules for the tick size rule.
- If there is no Closing Price on the last trading day, the price shall be determined based on the principles of Article 58-3, paragraph 4, subparagraph 2 of the TWSE Operating Rules.
