Other Bonds

Government Bonds and Foreign Bonds are also listed on TWSE.

Government Bonds means securities of long-term debt-financing that are issued by the national or municipal governments to meet financial demands in revenues and expenditures. One of the Government Bonds is called Registered Central Government Bond, which is the book-entry form of bonds issued by the Central Government. Its related entitlement and rights are electronically registered. In addition, a bond passbook is issued instead of actually delivering the physical bond.

Foreign Bonds are issued by offshore nationals in order to raise fund in our local centralized market.
