In August 2023, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) launched a brand-new one-stop investment information platform called "ETFortune" to help investors stay informed about the latest investment trends and exchange-traded fund (ETF) information. ETFortune offers a comprehensive suite of features, including visual analysis tools, ETF-related statistical data, expert commentary, and an investment screener, establishing a robust platform for integrated ETF information.
In order to further elevate our service to the market, the TWSE proudly launched the newly upgraded ETFortune 2.0 website on July, 2024, significantly enhancing the service experience for international investors. This upgrade introduces a bilingual (Mandarin-English) dedicated institutional investors website, featuring carefully selected, highly valuable information for institutional investors. It also offers a convenient one-click switch between Mandarin and English interfaces. This initiative greatly strengthens the service provided to overseas institutional investors, further advancing the internationalization of Taiwan's capital market.
ETFortune primarily covers three key aspects of ETF investment：
1. Market Statistical Information
The platform consolidates essential statistical data that investors care about using visual analysis tools. This includes information such as the number of ETFs, AUM, trading performance, dividend distribution, and various rankings.
2. ETF Screener
The screener allows investors to quickly filter ETFs that meet their criteria based on quantitative indicators (such as asset type, daily performance type, issuer, theme) or qualitative indicators (such as AUM, trading value, closing price, performance, etc.), enabling investors to accurately identify ETFs that align with their investment strategies.
3. ETF Product Information
Comprehensive information for each listed ETF is presented, including price trend, trading value, trading volume, monthly AUM, NAV and premium/discount. The platform also provides intuitive charting tools to help investors easily access relevant time-series data.
The July upgrade is just the beginning. The second phase of the ETFortune 2.0 website upgrade is set to debut at the end of November. We will further expand the website's ETF information, integrating more practical ETF data and enhancing both the content and time series aspects of the provided ETF information. This continuous improvement will elevate ETFortune's role as an integrated ETF information platform, providing investors with more comprehensive and in-depth market analysis and investment opportunities.
