Transcene Corporation was established in October 2019. The core management team primarily graduated from the Department of Resource Engineering of National Cheng Kung University with master's and doctorate degrees. The company operates with a zero-waste philosophy, developing advanced “urban mining” technology to provide technical consulting services for waste reutilization solutions and recycle resource waste into reusable products for sale.

Core Technologies and Competitive Advantages

  • Key Core Technologies

Transcene Corp. focuses on circular economy and has developed not only innovative processing techniques for silicon briquette but also purification and recycling technologies for spherical silica. The company has created its own “Circular Economy 123” waste resource recycling system, which involves diagnosing and inspecting waste, assessing the secondary resource market and demand, and identifying innovative processing technologies and methods. The aim is to produce recycled products that can replace existing materials and meet the demand for recycled raw materials for industrial sustainability.

  • Provide circular economy total sultions to industrial customers

With years of accumulated industrial experience, Transcene Corp. has developed its own key technologies to provide circular economy total sultions and help industrial customers achieve energy saving and carbon reduction goals. The company identifies the secondary market value of waste materials, breaking down barriers between industries to create new value for recycled products. In this way, resource recycling is no longer limited to waste reduction, and an innovative operation model of zero-waste sustainable recycling is established.

Main Products and Businesses

The company’s main products include five types of series recycled products: spherical silica  purified from semiconductor packaging edge materials, silicon powder and silicon briquette products converted from waste silicon sludge from silicon wafer factories for use as steelmaking auxiliary materials, Semics silica powder converted from sludge discharged during the chemical mechanical polishing process of wafers, PP/PE oxo-biodegradable plastic aditives, and carbon aluminum pellets. Additionally, the company provides consulting services for companies with circular economy needs, including EPC engineering, BOO services, circular economy R&D technology and business model design, Turnkey services, and Circular economy standard certificate consulting services. These services help businesses develop patented technologies for waste reutilization, returning resources to their original production path and achieving zero waste and carbon reduction benefits.
