Core Products & Solutions

1. aetherSlide: Digital Pathology Image Management System

A world-leading solution specifically designed for the pathology department's digital workflow. It automates the process from image ingestion and remote viewing to the integration of AI modules for collaborative analysis. Its proprietary technology optimizes slide storage and management efficiency, driving a fully automated digital environment.

2. AI-Powered Assistant Software

a. aetherAI LNM: An AI module designed to detect and count metastases in lymph nodes across various cancers (e.g., breast, gastric, and colorectal cancer). It significantly enhances the accuracy of morphological analysis for researchers.

b. aetherAI IHC: This module provides precise AI quantification for key breast cancer biomarkers (HER2, ER, PR, Ki-67). It overcomes the limitations of human vision in identifying subtle differences in HER2-low (≤10%) cases, drastically improving analysis speed and consistency.

3. AI Integrated Systems
a. aetherAI Hema: Trained on validated data from multiple medical centers in Taiwan and the U.S., this system streamlines the labor-intensive bone marrow smear analysis. The workflow is reduced to three steps: image capture, AI-driven classification of 15 cell types, and final verification. It achieves 94% consistency with senior medical technologists, solving the issue of reproducibility in traditional analysis.

b. aetherAI Endo: Developed in collaboration with National Taiwan University Hospital and Cathay General Hospital using 500,000 images. This system assists physicians by providing real-time polyp detection and annotation, thereby increasing the Adenoma Detection Rate (ADR).

4. Integrated Hardware & Software Automation
a. aetherBot: A one-stop solution that integrates the NanoZoomer S20 (a research used scanner from Hamamatsu Photonics Co., Ltd) with collaborative robots from Techman Robot. It automates slide scanning, image acquisition, quality auditing, and archiving. The system supports 2–4 scanners simultaneously, reaching a throughput of up to 200 slides per hour.

b. aetherScope: Jointly developed with National Taiwan University Hospital and Ho-Hung-Jung Automation Co.,Ltd. The system targets the labor-intensive manual counting process in laboratory medicine. It transforms the workflow-from slide loading and region selection to high-resolution imaging and cell classification-into a fully automated operation. It is currently a global leader in total automation for bone marrow smear differential counting.

Looking ahead, aetherAI will continue to expand into global medical markets and deepen collaborations with medical centers in Taiwan, driving the global digital transformation of pathology through AI to achieve sustainable corporate growth
