Kemflo International Co., Ltd. (the “Kemflo”) was established in 1981. It is an important global water purification technology and water resource solution supplier, with its scope of business covering the R&D, manufacturing, and system integration of domestic, commercial, and industrial water processing products and consumables. It has also deployed automotive and outdoor equipment metal products with international competitiveness, and recently extended to the upstream production of acid-washed activated carbon and regeneration procedures to upgrade traditional business models to high-added-value solutions of “use, renew, and resell” to create greater growth momentum for its operating income.

Key Advantages

Kemflo has upgraded from water processing in the traditional industry to a water resource technology and water circulation solution provider. It actively explores water resource processing systems required by the high-tech industry, engages in EPC, equipment, mechanical and electrical engineering, self-produced filter materials, wastewater recycling and reuse, and after-sales maintenance and operating services. It has also set foot in the activated carbon regeneration business to remove pollutants in micropores through heat treatment and restore its high absorption capacity; that is, recycling, regenerating, and reselling activated carbon that is provided to customers to thoroughly transform the linear economic model of “extraction, manufacturing, and scrapping” into the circular economic model of “resource, recycling, and renewable resource.” At present, it has completed the establishment of a high-specification regeneration production line and obtained the relevant regulatory permits.

In terms of water resource product business, Kemflo possesses a complete filter technology platform that covers RO, UF, and multi-stage filtration systems. Together with its mechanical engineering design and system integration capability, it can provide highly customized one-stop turnkey solutions based on the water quality in different regions and customers’ requirements. It has long cooperated with multiple internationally renowned water purification brands and has established an indicative market position in the industry.

With diverse product development as its strong backing, Kemflo is equipped with self-developed filter technology and extensive practical operating experience. Its products have obtained multiple certifications, and the chemical and physical laboratories it has established have reached international-grade testing standards. The testing equipment in its chemical laboratory has achieved the same level as the standards of the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), and is able to conduct liquid phase, gas phase, and ion detection to ensure product filtration functions and high quality.

For the automotive and outdoor equipment business, Kemflo possesses Yakima, the professional car mount brand in North America, with the second rank in terms of global market share. The main products include: roof racks, roof rack crossbars, roof platforms, roof boxes, bike racks, roof tents, and rare cargo systems. Benefiting from the increase in the level of participation in cycling, hiking, and other outdoor activities by consumers in North America and Europe, the ratio of metal products to operating income has been increasing on a yearly basis, and Kemflo has established long-term OEM/ODM cooperation relationships with multiple internationally renowned car companies.

Main Market

Water purification equipment, filter consumables, and other water resource products account for 61% of the operating income in 2025, and home products account for the major parts; the main customers include the top 5 internationally renowned water purification brands in North America. Commercial sales are mainly from Hydronovation, a self-owned brand that is the designated supplier of globally renowned chain coffee and F&B brands. In addition, by entering the industrial water processing and activated carbon regeneration business, the Company upgraded its business model to high-added-value solutions combining material supply, systems, and services to create greater growth momentum for its operating income. The second major source of Kemflo’s operating income is metal products. The ratio of metal products to the operating income was approximately 35% in 2025, while 30% to 40% were from car mount OEM/ODM orders placed by international car companies. In general, the consolidated operating income of Kemflo is mainly from America, accounting for 60%, followed by Asia at 32% (including Taiwan at 6%).

Future Prospect

Looking forward, Kemflo will focus on its water resource business, integrating high-tech water resource technology, water circulation solutions, and other new businesses with long-term growth potential. It will also improve its operating flexibility and resilience through strategic allocation across diverse production bases in Taiwan, China, and Thailand to lay a solid foundation for long-term, stable development in the capital market.
