The FSC Leads Taiwan Weeks to Showcase Taiwan Capital Market Achievements and Development Opportunities
To highlight the Financial Supervisory Commission's (FSC) success in establishing Taiwan as the "Asian Asset Management Center" (AAMC) and to implement two key directions of "prioritizing domestic wealth retention and supporting investment attraction" plus "investing in Taiwan to support industrial development," the FSC has been leading a series of “Taiwan Weeks” activities since October 2024.
Since October 2024, the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has been leading the Securities and Futures Bureau, Banking Bureau, and Insurance Bureau, along with market participants such as the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), Taipei Exchange (TPEx), Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX), Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC), as well as industry associations and international firms, in planning various goals and execution plans for making Taiwan an Asian Asset Management Center.
Recently, to engage in dialogue with all sectors, these institutions will jointly host a series of Taiwan Week events from October 15 to 23, 2025. These events, including forums, seminars, and expos, will showcase the results of various action plans related to the "Asian Asset Management Center" initiative.
