Shining Victory Motor Electronic Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-funded enterprise that mainly designs, develops, produces automotive electronics and various photoelectric products. E-Lan car components was established in Pinghu in 2003 with a registered capital of USD 8.52 million and a total area of 38,628 square meters. It has a wholly-owned subsidiary in Detroit, the United States. In 2023, we established a company in Mexico and a factory in Thailand. E-Lan car components product range is complete, and the product system covers thousands of specifications, mainly including automotive electronics, interior ambient lamp series, LED photoelectric series, interior and exterior series products. The company supplies for major well-known brand automobile factories at home and abroad, and cooperates with global GM, Toyota, Ford, BMW, SAIC, BAIC, FAW, Chery, Geely, Great Wall and other traditional automobile factories for many years. It is also a long-term partner of new energy vehicles such as Tesla, NIO, Li Auto, XPENG and Leapmotor. Products are exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia.

We have rich experience in product design, process confirmation, tooling design and manufacturing, etc. We participate in and keep expanding cooperation and communication with related domestic and overseas scientific research and industrial institutions.
We passed ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and national 3C certification. In 2009, it was awarded the title of a national high-tech enterprise after being continuously reviewed and re-identified. In 2017, it was awarded the title of Zhejiang Provincial Research Institute; in 2019, it was recognized by CNAS National Laboratory; and in 2022, it was awarded the provincial-level “specialized, exquisite, special, and new” small and medium-sized enterprise certification. In 2023, it won the annual scientific and technological progress advanced company and annual sales advancement award of Pinghu Economic and Technological Development Zone, and won the 2023 NIO Quality Excellence Partner Award and the Guangzhou Automobile Toyota Annual Quality Cooperation Award.
In terms of financial performance, Shining Victory Motor Electronic Co., Ltd.'s operating revenue in 2021 was NT$ 927 million, which significantly grew to NT$ 2,075 million in 2024. The operating profit increased from NT$ 27 million in 2021 to NT$ 319 million in 2024, and the operating profit margin improved from 2.95% to 15.35%, demonstrating a significant enhancement in profitability. The pre-tax net income rose from NT$ 104 million in 2021 to NT$ 354 million in 2024, and the earnings per share increased from NT$ 2.28 to NT$ 6.42, indicating a steady improvement in the company's profitability.
