Main Business

Chung Jye Group was established in 1983 in Daya District, Taichung City, Taiwan, during the prosperous 1980s. Today, it has been deeply rooted in the footwear industry for over 40 years, mainly focusing on OEM shoe manufacturing. Its clients include New Balance, ANTA (FILA), LI-NING, Columbia (Sorel), Clarks, lululemon, HUGO BOSS and others. The OEM footwear products include sneakers, casual shoes, etc., with sneakers being the main category.

Business Development Plans

Chung Jye expanded internationally by investing in a factory in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, China in 1998. At the same time, it actively set up operations in Jiangxi Province and Henan Province. Currently, Chung Jye has 11 production bases in China. Additionally, Southeast Asian countries, which offer abundant labor resources and lower labor costs, as well as favorable export tariffs and foreign tax incentives, have become key locations for Chung Jye's global expansion plan. Vietnam, in particular, became the second country in this plan, with a total of four production bases established there since 2014. Furthermore, India and Indonesia are also in the planning stages, with production expected to contribute by the end of 2025 and 2026, to meet the growing demand of the footwear market.

Competitive Advantages

To become a world-class professional footwear service provider and the best partner for brand clients, Chung Jye has implemented rigorous standards in product craftsmanship, quality inspection, and testing. It has also set up " R&D Centers" for brand clients, where product design, main materials, outsoles, and other components are analyzed based on customer needs to verify design feasibility, perform material property testing, and ensure compliance with environmental standards. From R&D design, sample production to mass production, the Brand R&D Center provides efficient feedback and seamless coordination, establishing long-term, stable relationships with international brand companies.

Future Prospects

Chung Jye continues to enhance its R&D capabilities, progressing towards automation and lean manufacturing processes. R&D projects include the development and application of new footwear materials, the introduction and refinement of manufacturing technologies, and the registration of patents for automation equipment, such as automatic mold spraying and automatic shoe upper heat cutting. It is also continually developing intelligent visual recognition quality systems, 3D visual recognition systems, modular robotic spraying arms, and various automated equipment to improve production efficiency (e.g., computer-controlled stitching, cutting, and printing). Achievements in product research include eco-friendly concept shoes, UV color-changing soles, supercritical midsoles, and glue-free molded shoes. In the future, Chung Jye will continue to invest in automation, innovative technologies, process improvements, and material development to meet brand clients' demands for high-quality products and rapid market responsiveness.
