32 二、強化上市公司服務與監理 (一)因應俄烏戰爭，疫情封城停工，進行問卷調查，與中介機構聯繫，瞭解對個別 公司及產業影響，針對重大事件督促上市公司即時發布重大訊息並適時澄清。 (二)為增進上市公司對重大訊息、資訊申報及法規之瞭解，辦理 8 場次上市公司 業務宣導會;另分別辦理國內上市公司、外國上市公司重大訊息之查證與公 開計 32,867 件、4,522 件，重大訊息抽查計 199 家次、68 家次，重大訊息說 明記者會計 129 家次、10 家次，及訊息面暫停交易案件計 5 家次、3 家次。 (三)推動上市公司採用 IFRS 及辦理 Inline XBRL 申報財務業務資訊，分別舉辦 4 場 IFRS 宣導會及 4 場 Inline XBRL 宣導會，協助公開發行公司瞭解相關申報規定 與作業。 2. Strengthen Services and Monitoring of Listed Companies 1) In light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and work stoppages due to lockdowns, the TWSE conducted questionnaires and maintained close contact with intermediaries to gain a better understanding of the impacts on individual companies and industries. In cases of major events, listed companies were advised to disclose material information in a timely manner. 2) The TWSE held eight sessions of the “Listed Companies Seminar” to enhance listed companies’ understanding of material information, information disclosure, and relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, for domestic listed and foreign listed companies, respectively, a total of 32,867 and 4,522 cases of verification and disclosure of material information were conducted; 199 and 68 random checks were implemented; 129 and 10 press conferences were held on material information disclosure; and 5 and 3 trading halts were instituted. 3) TheTWSEpromotedtheuseofIFRSandInlineXBRLbylistedcompaniestoreport financial business information, holding four promotional meetings for each to assist public companies to understand relevant reporting requirements and operations.
