Enhance Trading System 1) Starting May 9, the TWSE allows investors to create a pledge using in-transit receivables as collateral, and apply for financing through non-restricted purpose loans with securities firms. 2) As of June 27, the TWSE permitssecurities dealers to participate in competitive auctions of convertible corporate bonds to boost market participation by institutional investors. 3) The TWSE amended provisions to the Clearing and Settlement Fund system on July 4 to expressly set out the order of utilization and calculation method of the capped amounts borne on a shared basis by non-defaulting securities firms out of their contributions to the Fund. The amendments also specified matters relating to the replenishment of resources expended from the Clearing and Settlement Fund, as well as the requirements for non-defaulting securities firms that wish to apply to exit the market. 4) From December 19, 2022, the TWSE shortened the matching interval for intraday odd lot trades to one minute, in order to increase transactions. 三、精進市場交易制度 33
