30 伍、建置大數據平台 一、擴大運用人工智慧及大數據等新興科技於上市監理及市場監視業務，藉由科技之輔 助以自動化作業取代人力，透過視覺化方式進行多維度分析，增進即時資訊掌握， 已辦理多場教育訓練及工作坊，引導同仁學習操作視覺工具，發掘數據價值，俾提 升上市監理及市場監視作業之效率及正確性。 二、規劃導入企業智慧視覺化分析工具，提升人員數據分析能力，提供分析服務，推動 數據文化，加速制度、產品與服務規劃，提升市場競爭力。 V. Setup of a Big Data Platform 1. The TWSE will expand the application of emerging technologies, such as AI and big data, in market surveillance and monitoring, to boost the efficiency and accuracy of such works. Multiple training seminars and workshops have been conducted to familiarize personnel with visualization tools to conduct multi-dimensional analysis, stay on top of real-time data, and unlock new value from big data. 2. The introduction of intelligent visualized analytical tools will enhance staffers’ data analytical capabilities and offer more comprehensive analytical services. By promoting a data-driven culture, the TWSE can accelerate planning for innovative systems, products, and services, so as to augment market competitiveness. 陸、其他重點業務 一、擴大證券市場規模及新商品上市 (一)2022 年國內發行公司申請股票上市者計有 23 家(含 7 家創新板)，新增上 市掛牌計有 21 家;外國發行公司申請股票上市者計有 3 家(含 1 家創新板)， 新增上市掛牌計有 3 家(含 1 家創新板)。 (二)2022 年計有 19 檔 ETF 上市，包括 11 檔海外股票 ETF，及 8 檔臺股 ETF，滿 足投資人布局高股息、元宇宙、數位支付、全球品牌、半導體、太空衛星、 REITs 等投資需求。 (三)2022 年計有 4 檔臺股 ETN 上市，提供投資人對 IC 設計、綠色能源及期權策 略型 ETN 等熱門主題投資機會，掌握投資趨勢。 (四)公告並實施期權策略型 ETN 修正法規，並於 12 月 5 日推出首檔掩護性買權 策略商品，促進我國 ETN 新商品發展。
