2.Service Optimization
1) The TWSE assisted foreign investors in Brexit response by carrying out computer data transfer operations, such as corporate securities lending systems and securities broker lending systems. Official conversion took effect on March 4, 2019.
2) The TWSE promoted securities market information service business, including real-time trading information, delayed trading information, reference information, after-hours information, using real-time information index compilation and index authorization businesses, and more. In 2019, Taiwan index companies were supervised for 61 index authorization services.
3) The TWSE added the following areas to the website for investors to read: breach notification, renaming listed shares and new shares listing declaration, securities brokers continuous trading promotional events, ETNs, comprehensive intraday continuous trading, and securities brokers continuous trading activities.
4) The TWSE operated "the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Terrorism Financing of Securities and Futures Sector website", updated anti-money laundering information, and increased the functional requirements of the Futures Association's anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing questionnaire, advocating anti-money laundering policies conducive to Taiwan's acceptance of anti-money laundering evaluation.
5) The TWSE launched a mobile website tailored to browsing devices such as mobile phones and tablets. This year, investors visited the "Rules and Regulations Directory" more than 29.6 million times.
