4) The TWSE completed RSA encryption method utilization for external service websites and implementation of HTTPS communication settings for all connection transmissions.
5) The TWSE optimized core router processing performance and completed the transfer of market information from PIM Sparse-Dense Mode to PIM Sparse Mode in response to the implementation of comprehensive continuous trading and a great increase in market demand for business information. This improves market information transmission efficiency of the TWSE, telecommunication companies, securities brokers and information companies and economizes network equipment and line bandwidth usage.
二、優化服務
(一)為協助境外投資者因應英國脫歐，進行法人借券系統、證券商借貸系統等電腦資 料移轉作業，於 2019 年 3 月 4 日正式轉換生效。
(二)推廣證券市場資訊服務業務，包括即時交易資訊、延遲資訊、參考資訊、盤後資 訊、使用即時資訊編製指數及指數授權等業務，2019 年督導臺灣指數公司辦理 61 份指數授權業務。
(三)於官網新增違約公告專區、上市更名新股掛牌申報作業專區、證券商逐筆宣導活 動專區、ETN 專區、盤中全面逐筆交易專區及逐筆交易券商活動專區，供投資人 點閱。
(四)辦理「證券期貨業防制洗錢及打擊資助恐怖主義專區網站」，更新防制洗錢資訊， 並增加期貨公會防制洗錢及打擊資助恐怖主義問答集功能需求，宣導防制洗錢政 策，並有利我國接受防制洗錢評鑑。
(五)推出為手機、平板電腦等瀏覽裝置量身訂作的行動版網站，本年度投資人瀏覽 「法規分享知識庫」人數超過 2,960 萬人次。
