Improve Monitoring of Trading 1) From September 26, the TWSE provides trading information for disposition securities and securities listed under the altered-trading-method category where periodic call auction is adopted. In cases of extreme price fluctuation, the TWSE will implement a volatility interruption system to delay the current matching by two minutes during opening and closing session, same as intraday trading session. 2) Market surveillance: In 2022, there were 2,773 announcements or notices of attention to trading information regarding 478 securities, and 72 disposition measure types taken 114 times. Furthermore, monitoring of news reports and internet messages during real-time trading found 16 cases where material information affected listed companies’ share prices and requests were issued to the listed companies for clarification. There were 12 information reports conducted on cross-market surveillance. 3) Recordingandmonitoringinvestmentandwealthmanagementtelevisionprograms: In 2022, 1,320 such programs were recorded and reviewed. Twenty-eight program analysts were reported to the competent authority 30 times for making comments that clearly violated regulations. 4) To ensure sufficient knowledge of relevant regulations, in 2022, the TWSE held five sessions of the “Prevent Insider Trading Seminar” and four sessions to promote compliance with insider trading regulations. 六、電腦應用與資訊服務 (一)系統升級 1. 強化電腦機房維運安全:持續強化新型態威脅防護，規劃建置磁帶屏蔽防 護儲存室，並執行相關作業。 2. 提升電腦主機系統效能及安全，持續汰舊換新不斷電系統及非交易網路外 部防火牆設備與擴充電腦設備。 3. 擴充 FIX 交易委託連線容量，滿足證券商申請需求，維持整體市場使用安 全容量;FIX 委託方式新增特殊交易連線(含標借、拍賣、一般標購及證 金標購)，以持續推廣 FIX 國際標準通訊協定，有效提升證券商委託線路 備援能力。
