證券市場概況 Overview of the Securities Market 壹、發行市場 2022 年股票初次上市公司計 24 家(本國 21 家、外國 3 家)，終止上市計 13 家(本 國 7 家、外國 5 家、TDR 1 家，其中定穎轉換為定穎投控掛牌上市);上市特別股新增 掛牌計 2 家;上市(政府)公債初次上市計 13 檔，終止上市計 11 檔;ETFs 新增掛牌 計 19 檔，終止上市 4 檔;ETNs 新增掛牌計 4 檔，終止上市 3 檔;認購權證新增掛牌 計 35,089 檔、終止上市計 40,194 檔，認售權證新增掛牌計 8,282 檔、終止上市計 5,020 檔。籌資方面，上市公司透過債券及股票(含私募)共募集 5,542.44 億元。 I. Securities Issuance Market There were 24 newly listed firms in 2022 (21 domestic, three foreign) and 13 delisted firms (seven domestic, five foreign first listings, one TDR; of which Dynamic Electronics Co., LTD was listed as Dynamic Holding Co., LTD). There were two types of newly listed preferred stocks, 13 types of initially listed government bonds, and 11 delisted ones. There were 19 newly listed ETFs, plus four delisted. There were four newly listed ETNs, and three delisted ones. As for call warrants, there were 35,089 newly listed and 40,194 delisted ones. In terms of put warrants, there were 8,282 newly listed, with 5,020 having been delisted. In terms of fundraising, listed firms raised a total of NTD554.24 billion through stocks and bonds (including private funds). 18
