(三)與國內外產業界、非政府組織(NGO)合作，辦理各項宣導及研討會，並與 ACGA、ICGN、GRI、OECD 等國際組織密切交流，提升我國公司治理水準與 國際能見度，獲亞洲公司治理評鑑第四名，為歷年最佳成績;配合國際趨勢及 國內機構投資人運作情形，修正「機構投資人盡職治理守則」，簽署家數於年 底達到 152 家。
(四) 推動上市公司採用 IFRS 及辦理 Inline XBRL 申報財務業務資訊，分別舉辦 4 場 及 6 場宣導會，協助公開發行公司瞭解相關申報規定與作業。
3. Reinforce Management of Listed Firms
1) The TWSE held eight sessions of "Listed Companies Seminars" to enhance listed companies' understanding of material information, information disclosure, and relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, for domestic listed and foreign listed companies, respectively, a total of 30,917 and 4,944 cases of verification and disclosure of material information were conducted; 261 and 67 random checks were implemented; plus 153 and 14 press conferences were held on material information disclosure.
2) The TWSE conducted corporate governance evaluation and promoted the publication of CSR reports by listed companies. Moreover, following the launch of the "Corporate Governance 3.0 – Sustainable Development Roadmap" by the FSC in late August, the TWSE held five seminars between September and November aimed at directors, supervisors, and corporate governance executives.
3) The TWSE cooperates with industry leaders and NGOs at home and abroad to host promotional events and seminars. In addition, the TWSE works closely with the Asian Corporate Governance Association ("ACGA"), International Corporate Governance Network ("ICGN"), the Global Reporting Initiative ("GRI"), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development ("OECD"), and other international bodies to raise Taiwan's standards of corporate governance and global visibility. Taiwan was ranked 4th among Asian markets by ACGA, the highest ranking in recent years. Furthermore, the TWSE has amended the "Stewardship Principles for Institutional Investors" to meet international trends and institutional investor practices, additionally the TWSE collected 152 signatories as of the end of 2020.
4) The TWSE promoted the use of IFRS and Inline XBRL, a global framework for exchanging business information, by holding four in-depth courses and six public forums to assist public companies to better understand relevant reporting requirements and operations.
