Notice on Personal Information Gathering
The signatory is an individual who gives consent to the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (The Company) to collect type C001 data, as classified under the Personal Information Act, over the processing period in the form of digital files and in writing. This information includes: the individual’s name, e-mail address and telephone number. The signatory also agrees to have the information retained by the company for 5 years and used within the Republic of China. The signatory may exercise his/her rights granted under the personal information act by approaching the company’s administration department and engaging a personal information personnel. The rights of the information owner, as mandated in Article 3 of the personal information act, includes the right to inquire, review, copy, supplement, revise and delete the information collected by the company and the right to stop the company from gathering, processing and making use of such information.
