壹、發行市場業務
一、擴大證券市場規模
(一)2020 年國內發行公司申請股票上市者計有 15 家，新增上市掛牌計有 9 家，外國 發行公司申請股票上市者計有 4 家，新增上市掛牌計有 3 家。
(二)為落實政策，協助新創企業進入資本市場，取得長期資金以支應其快速成長，完 成研議創新板規劃案，並召開公聽會聽取外界意見。
(三)推動宣導
1. 2020 年雖因疫情影響，無法赴海外推動企業回臺上市，仍積極與中介機構合 作，接洽海外潛力企業計 22 家，並拜訪其在臺據點;其中不乏創新產業，為 資本市場發掘隱形冠軍企業。
2. 配合政府鼓勵臺商回臺政策，推動國內上市公司轉投資之海外企業回臺上市， 擴大我國資本市場規模。
I. Primary Market Business
1. Expand the Scope of the Securities Market
1) In 2020, 15 domestic companies applied for stock listing, and nine companies were newly listed. Four foreign companies applied for stock listing, and three companies were newly listed.
2) To implement relevant policies, assist the entry of innovative businesses into the capital market, and boost their rapid development by improving long-term fund- raising channels, the plan to establish the Taiwan Innovation Board ("TIB") has been completed. The TWSE has hosted public hearings to collect public feedback and concerns about TIB.
