(七)配合主管機關開放證券商轉投資私募股權基金，暨修正證券商轉投資外國事業相 關規範，修改證券商申報單一窗口「證券商轉投資事業系統」，於 2019 年 9 月 20 日完成上線。
(八)「配合內政部推動原住民姓名並列羅馬拼音規劃」案，修改證券商申報單一窗口 人員登記、月計表及資本適足涉及姓名申報項目功能，於 2019 年 9 月 30 日完 成上線。
(九)2019 年 12 月 27 日起，開放線上開戶確認委託人身分方式之新型身分識別及調 整受託買賣額度等多元化認證機制。
2.Broker Management
1) From January 7, 2019, in order to avoid practical difficulty and inconvenience for brokers, securities broker declarations can be attributed to the corrected account of professional institutional investors with the account correction application form exempted.
2) The TWSE amended Article 24 of the "Corporate Governance Best-Practice Principles for Securities Firms". From January 14, 2019, the term of an independent director of a securities broker shall not exceed three consecutive terms.
